About: Lurgan Hospital / Ward 2

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I haven’t had any issues with any part of my stay. The staff have all been brilliant and the facilities are great. The food can be a bit iffy at times but I can’t complain.  I am receiving the best care out there. All of the staff are incredible and so informative, the communication really is excellent.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent admission to Hospital.

It is delightful to read you have found staff to be Brillant, incredible, informative and communication excellent. These key skills are essential to deliver high quality person centred care which you have experienced.

Nutrition is important to optimise your energy levels through your rehab journey and If there is anything we can do to help you enjoy your meals better please speak with the nurse in charge. You are welcome to ask family to bring in food for you that we can label and store in Fridge. The trust advises against ready-made meals and food that need heated as these food types pose risk of listeria.

I will ensure to share your kind feedback with the team.
