Agonising pain for another 24 hours! Rang again on the 4th asking again for a telephone consultation receptionist got rude and started shouting at me as she couldn't understand the words bruised lung! I put the phone down.....rang back pleaded for a doctor to speak to me! told i can speak to a doc at 1.30pm. 1.45pm got a phone call from the doctor asking why i had not attended my appointment at 1.30!!! explained i couldn't walk or move she sent me what i needed!!!!! Rude receptionist asking questions she doesn't understand the answers to then getting rude and shouting at me....2nd time i have used this surgery and my 2nd rubbish service review. I have not rang back for any more pain killers as i cannot deal with the confrontation. Seems to be absolutely no duty of care what so ever. Leaving folks in pain, disgusted.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback regarding your recent experience at the practice. I am sorry you were unhappy with the service you received on this occasion. I am a little puzzled why after spending a night in hospital you were left without pain relief and were asked to call your GP. The hospital should have issued you with any medication that your required relating to the condition you presented with.

We welcome all types of feedback and strive to learn from this. However, this is difficult for us to do when we do not have the details of the patient. If you would be kind enough to contact the practice and speak with one of the management team, to enable us to look a little further into your concerns so that we can address them and ensure that there are no further incidents of this nature.

Many thanks
