About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute)

I rushed my son to A&E on Wednesday with suspected appendicitis and from the minute I arrived at reception I couldn’t have been looked after more! Andy on reception dashed out of his chair and assisted my son who could barely walk, with a wheelchair and took me straight to where I needed to be . The staff on the Disney Ward are fantastic! So friendly, so nothing is too much trouble and we have both felt like we are in a 5 star hotel. Everyone we have come into contact have been wonderful and we cannot say Thankyou enough!
