"Fantastic service"

I visited the A&E department to have a foreign body taken out of my ear canal. The service I got was absolutely fantastic. All the staff were extremely kind and courteous even though they were obviously very busy. I would like to thank everyone I dealt with during my visit and say how very impressed I am with our NHS even though it is underfunded and the staff are not always appreciated by the public.
