(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

We are currently just waiting to be seen by some staff, when we arrived to the clinic the receptionist was very helpful and well-mannered. The waiting area is a good size, there isn’t much people here today so thankfully it’s not that crowded. This hospital is very clean and well-presented any the staff we have come across have been lovely and welcoming.
