(as the patient),

I had the surgery in August 2022.  It was a success.

At every stage of my experience from entering the surgical unit I received outstanding care and attention from all the staff.  Everybody took great care to look after me, to reassure me and relate to me like a real person as well as being professional and competent.  I couldn't have asked for more and the whole experience exceeded my expectations.
