(as a carer),

I was with a patient in their home in Kilsyth when Dr McInnes (Kilsyth Medical Practice) visited. She showed compassion, care and empathy with the patient and took time to listen to the person's needs. I recognise that GPs have had a bad name recently but this dedicated time was so helpful for the gentleman. Thank you Dr McInnes
