Basic human nature to complain, no praise when things are good though.
Blood test appointment. 10:20 11/08/2022
Walked in and the receptionist was very efficient, professional, helpful and courteous.
The nurse, who took several tubes of blood, was also friendly, positive, calming, very professional and amazingly good at her job.
The appointment time was spot on too.

What else could anyone ask for!
And this is how it’s been for every visit in the past.
So hats off to you ladies and GPs. You are all a credit to your profession and the NHS.

I have to add I really don’t understand some of these reviews.
These complaints are about people doing their best to help people who need help, sometimes in very stressful situations.
Do they really deserve anger and bad comments when all they are doing is trying to help?
