"The most difficult time of our lives"

About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as a service user),

For almost the last year myself and my partner have been without our children. This has by far been the most difficult time of our lives. I looked for help and inclusion thurrock provided this. Although it was a very long wait, I found when I started my counselling it helped a great deal. I have now finished my counselling and feel better in myself.

My counsellor was very professional and called me every week on the dot and I looked forward to our chat.

One day, things will be better and what I am experiencing is only temporary, I hope.

I am sorry to hear that you were going through a tough time but well done for having the courage to reach out for support.

I am pleased that you are feeling a lot better in yourself after having counselling. You should be proud of yourself and all the hard work you have put in and you’re right, in time things will be better.

Keep practicing the tools and techniques that you have learnt and continue on your path to recovery.
