"The epitome of kindness"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as a parent/guardian),

Big shout out to Kirsty and Helen ,who went above and beyond helping my disabled daughter (an adult), relax and understand the process of having her ingrown toenail off with only a local anaesthetic- Ladies you are truly the epitome of kindness, compassion and caring .

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback and I have shared this with the team.

I am pleased we were able to make the whole experience better for your daughter ( and for you). It can be a nervous time for anyone coming in for a procedure and if we are able to make that a little better then that is our aim.

I hope your daughters toe is healing well and she gets relief from the ongoing problems she was having.

Kirsty
