I’ve been trying to book an appointment face to face for a week and still nothing ? It’s always busy and fully booked I called over 100 times from 8.40 to 9am for them to tell me it’s fully booked. I need to get checked I’ve been sick for over a month I keep getting referred to different practices I’m so tired. the A&E is rubbish and so are the GP. I think once you die that’s when they will care

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems trying to book an appointment. The practice regularly looks at our booking systems and appointment availability to try to find ways to improve the service for our patients, however due to such high demand there are times when the phone lines are extremely busy, and all available appointments are booked very quickly.
