The treatment was first class but I could hardly make out what the doctor was saying. In fact I would say I didn’t hear 70% of what he said.
He had a face mask on and spoke so softly, almost just a mumble.
This needs to be addressed as I came away no wiser than I went in.
Such a shame as the treatment couldn’t be faulted.
Ps: I do not have any hearing issues so anyone with less than perfect hearing wouldn’t have even understood 30%. Also the 30% was including asking him to repeat what he had said in the first place!
