I had an appointment at Dunfermline, Queen Margaret Hospital, to have skin tags removed from my eyelids yesterday. The whole thing was fantastic.
The nurse and nurse practitioner were great, in fact they could not have been better. Friendly and made me feel at ease. The whole procedure was thoroughly explained and executed with ease. In and out within an hour and 10 mins.
They provided a service that some people might state that you cannot get in the NHS anymore.
The reality is post ( or nearly post ) Covid, my experiences are the NHS and social care services, although stretched, are as good if not better than before. I put this down to the all individuals wanting to demonstrate they are back and wish to to do all they can to make a difference. Well done !!!!!
