"Nothing was too much trouble"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

From the receptionist to the nurses day shift and back shift I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the way I was looked after nothing was to much trouble. From the nurse who supplied my coffee  and sandwich to the nurses who supplied all information about medication and dressings. I would also like to say a special thanks to the anesthetist and all his team who took time to explain in detail what the procedure entailed and also came round when his shift finished to see how I was.

And finally to Mr Pareek the surgeon and his team an extended thanks for taking the time to explain everything and for the job he has done for me past and present wonderful man. THANKYOU ALL

Hi deploymentqq76

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience while at University Hospital Wishaw. I will share all your positive comments with the Perioperative team.

It is great to read that all the staff throughout your journey including the Reception, Day Surgery, Anaesthetics and Surgical team had such a positive impact.

I hope your Recovery is equally as positive.

Thanks for sharing your story, it means so much to our teams.

Regards

Ben
