"Very unpleasant experience "

I received a letter stating that they had tried to contact me by phone to make an appointment with the ophthalmologist: it is not true !!! I never had a miss call or a message. On the letter I am asked to make an appointment, I tried many times there is always a 30 minute wait or more. I then decided to send them an e-mail to make an appointment, thinking it would be easier: I am still waiting for the answer. I then decide to try my luck on a Saturday morning hoping that it will be easier : still 30 minutes of waiting time , I waited 32 minutes. a woman answers me in a very abrupt way, She asks me for my NHS number and tells me that I missed an appointment: it is a total lie, I have never had an appointment with them ever. She gives me an appointment a week later without asking me if it suits me: I am disabled and I have problems getting around. I go to the eye clinic in Hanwell, it’s 9 am there is no one at the reception . a man quickly calls out names. He didn’t introduce himself who is he ? I go into the room he does not listen to me, I want to ask a question, he a

puts drops in my eyes without telling me. he forces a kind of round lens on my eyes I can't stand it, eyes are very sensitive and I ask him to stop. he tells me that he can't do anything for me. he is very busy, I don't even have time to ask questions he tells me that I have to go to the hospital. he has no manner he is not friendly , he has no empathy. I left almost in tear, I felt so humiliated. Worst experience from A to Z
