(as a service user),

I have been at the recovery college for a while now and never had a problem with anything I have received amazing support and been looked after and made to feel safe.

Limawm33 as you say so well feeling safe is so important when talking about and learning about our mental health and I am so pleased that is your experience, also that you felt we were supportive and looked after. I hope you continue to find the strategies and techniques you have learnt and shared continue to be helpful for you.
