As expected I could not get an appointment, I was not aware that the receptionist has now become a highly qualified medical professional. Apparently that person can now advise on what is best for me. Thier sheer incompetence has cost me 7 days in seeking some quite urgent treatment. The doctor eventually rung today some 6 days after my initial call. The advice from the doctor was completely and utterly wrong. Once I got through to the correct clinic I needed, treatment was sorted for the next day! Such a sad time the receptionist runs the practice and knows it all the doctors hide and are just plain lazy.
