About: Gravesend Medical Centre

I contacted e consult as my foot/leg very swollen! 28/07.

My appointment via call was 08/07!

I have history of PE/Blood clots yet over a week for an appointment! Was told today, admin looked at my e consult not a gp!!!

Why are admin looking at e consult?

With my history, I should have seen or spoken to a gp before now! The paramedic I spoke to has got me in tomorrow to check for blood clot!!!!

Honestly, e consult should be done by a doctor not a receptionist!!! You are seriously playing with peoples lives!!!!

Disgraceful!!!

I would like to assure you that when we receive eConsults, they are distributed out to the clinicians by the Reception team but it is the clinician that decides upon the best course of action for the patient.
