About: Sexual Health Services - North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

Waited so far 55 mins in a queue.  I was 12th and when we got to 1 it was at 1 for over 40 mins.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the service you received. I would like to apologise for the length of wait you had getting through on the telephone to our service recently. Our phone lines are extremely busy but we are in the process of recruiting more staff to ensure our telephone service is improved in the near future.
