"Visit to a busy A&E on a Saturday night"

About: Emergency department / GP Out of Hours

(as a service user),

I had to go down to Altnagelvin A&E last night as i had  temperature and felt very unwell. I am immunosuppressed due to being on chemotherapy for cancer. 

From the moment i arrived such excellent  care was taken to ensure i was kept safe/isolated from other patients. The staff were so kind and reassurung throughout in what was clearly a very busy department. I would like to thank the loveley reception staff, HCA, nurses and doctor who looked after me. You are doing an amazing job, thank you so much
