"Not fit for purpose "

Whilst I fully respect the doctors and staff at the practice and what they do, the centre does not meet the minimum needs of its patients any more. It is impossible to get through on the phone, appointments can only be booked on the day and are initially telephone only, staff are completely overworked, and it is a joyless experience.

This surgery used to be good but it's clear it has taken on far too much and cannot cope.
