"Rubbish "

I am in pain, just about manage to start sleep but have to get up for a livi appointment at 8am. However no one has called and the app says the video will start shortly. It's been 37 minutes but how they hell you going to be late to a video call if you open at 8???

So I tried to reschedule my appointment and even that is not possible.

Now I sit here in pain, no sleep because livi ruined it. Shame on whoever allowed livi to work with the NHS.
