I have nothing but praise for the new upgraded telephone system at Southwell Medical Centre which I found easy to negotiate. I recently contacted the Centre and had no problem getting through and the receptionist called me back within ten minutes and arranged for a doctor to contact me which he did and dealt with my concern. On the second occasion I was offered a face to face with my chosen doctor and I had the appointment within two days of my call. It was very reassuring to see the doctor and be treated with kindness and care.
