"My sincere gratitude for your time and skill."

About: Leicester General Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I have just retired from the health service after 40 years and during my last months I was admitted to the Leicester General Hospital - from admission to discharge the care I received was nothing short of superb. The staff on ward 31 worked so hard and it was obvious from the start that they followed a very strict protocol regarding patient care, maintaining a friendly approach without being over familiar, inputting information without condescension. These views were also echoed by the other patients at the time of my stay.

The anaesthetist associates were skilled and reassuring, the recovery ward was swift and efficient. I was fortunate to receive robotic surgery and my recovery has been nothing short of remarkable,  so thank you to the skill of the surgeons.

Thank you and well done to the HCA Neha, nurses Pauline, Apple, Jenny and all of their colleagues my sincere gratitude for your time and skill.
