"Very good patient care"

I recently had to have an emergency bowel operation and once home, needed to book daily appointments with the practice nurse at the surgery to have my wound dressed. Apart from one minor hiccup to do with a prescription, my treatment has been first class. The receptionists were thoughtful and understanding and went out of their way to ensure I continued to have appointments elsewhere to have my wounds dressed over the weekend when the surgery was closed. Whilst I understand the immense pressures the practice is under due to numbers of patients and the Covid pandemic, I have feel that I have been treated with professionalism, understanding and patience.
