"Treated with the utmost kindness"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Gastroenterology

(as a service user),

I was unwell with stomach pains in abdomen. Dr. Montgomery treated me with the utmost kindness and said it was just as well I had come in and prescribed medication. I was frightened as I did not know what was wrong.
