Took two days to get a Telephone consultation. Called into surgery given a form explaining how to fill out e-form which I did but it was unsuccessful. My Granddaughter tried to help me. I tried phoning but to no avail. Called in the Sur ger was given a form to complete finally given an appointment for a phone consultation. I have COVID and was in bed when the Dr phoned my husband must have been on the phone. I phoned surgery about,5 pm to say no one had phoned and was told the times the Dr phoned so booked another appointment for the following day on my mobile. Unfortunately the call went straight to voice message. I phoned surgery again number 6 in queue. Spoke to Doctor 4;30 pm on finally. All very frustrating as I was feeling quite poorly with COVID.
