Dr Emma and her team including a nurse called Sarah were amazing in minor injuries after my 3 year old damaged her toe. Listened to my concerns about pain relief and were so good with my 3 year old, speaking to her in child friendly terms. They treated her and myself so well, offering us a drink of water and toys to play with. When they seen she was distressed in a and e we were only waiting about 2 minutes before being seen. My daughter had to go to treatment room in her local drs today and she cried because she wasn’t getting to see dr Emma in a and e minor injuries! She had had a previous negative experience so I was concerned but she has now been left with a positive experience of the hospital.
