"Awful mental health support"

I have seen this practice go downhill recently but I had great hope when I was told they now had a mental health practitioner. I was so relieved as thought finally I would have an appointment with someone who is professionally trained to help me in a specialist are. How wrong I was! I only managed 1 appointment as I was so shocked by the way this 'professional ' conducted the appointment and just flapped and just waffled on and on and on. My goodness she loves to talk. She was all over the place and it made me wonder what qualifications and experience does she actually have?. I declined a further appointment as was left so confused as I don't think this so called professional is actually qualified. What a waste of money having that level of service! My advice would be to get rid!
