I’ve just had a very positive appointment with one of the GPs & also gained more of an insight into how hard everyone is working. Just wanted to thank all of the staff for their endurance in challenging times. I don’t think anyone goes into this line of work without genuinely wanting to help people.

It’s a changing environment for all practices, sometimes there are frustrations in adapting to change. I can be quick to complain about things not working, so wanted to highlight some of those that I think are working well at the practice.

Digital services overall are responsive & efficient. E reception particularly can be counted as a success.

Over the past year, my experience calling reception has much improved & staff have been consistently helpful.

I was initially apprehensive about a pharmacist, rather than a doctor, carrying out my annual medication review. The pharmacist took the time to explain the benefits &, in actuality, it was thorough & comprehensive.
