"Very poor reception experience"

About: St. Mary's Health Centre

The quality of care from the professionals is exceptional, however the standard of reception staff is abysmal. No polite 'hello', rarely a smile and if one is dealing with the person at the back of the reception area one has to almost shout as she refuses to leave her seat. It's as though patients are an irritant. Also, chewing gum is not a good look and indicates a complete lack of professionalism.

I am pleased you feel the quality of care from our clinical team is exceptional. However, I am sorry to hear you feel the standard of our reception staff is so poor. I will pass your feedback on to the reception team manager, who will address the matters you mention with the team.
