"Amazing care and treatment for unstable angina"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Cardiology & Coronary Care Unit Victoria Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I was diagnosed with unstable angina and sent to Victoria hospital where from admittance to being sent to the Royal at Edinburgh the care was excellent. Friendly staff on Ward 21 kept me informed and made me feel at ease.

Then to Edinburgh Royal where again the staff were excellent on Ward 103. Had an angiogram and a stent fitted.

Was not quite right afterwards and staff were super caring and looked after me so well. Lauren was such a caring friendly nurse, amazing at her job working long shifts but still cheery and upbeat. Kirsty, Rhea, Rachael, Amy, Gordon. I wish I could remember everyone's names.

They all kept an eye on me and I cannot stress enough how appreciative I am for the staff from nurses, doctors, consultants, domestics, ambulance staff, all a credit to the NHS.
