Best practice I have ever used and I have moved a lot in my life. Never ever had any issue with admin staff - they are all friendly, kind, polite and knowledgeable. Today I saw a physiotherapist in the practice. I was delighted to meet such a nice professional and highly knowledgeable gentleman. I have seen numerous doctors, physios and rheumatologists over the years. His expertise was outstanding - he was not in any way condescending and explained in great detail, when asked, what the issue was exactly. I love Harvey House and all the staff.

Thank you so very much for taking time to make this post. We are pleased that you are happy with the practice. We know how difficult it is for patients sometimes in getting appointments and accessing services - but we always try our utmost. I shall ensure that the Reception and Admin Team is aware of your feedback and recognises the things that are important to our valued patients.

Delighted you found your appointment with Madhan so positive. Madhan is one of three FCPs (First Contact Physios) whom we are very fortunate to work with (alongside Wincent and Junaid). They support us and other local practices in our 'PCNs' (Primary Care Networks). I shall pass on your comments to them too.
