About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

I turned up for my appt in X-ray and my name wasn’t on the system. The receptionist said he would go and check with the appropriate nurse and come back to me. He came straight back after speaking to them and reassured me everything is going ahead and not to worry. He was very smiley from the second I walked in the X-ray department and even when he said my appointment wasn’t showing he still said it in a very nice and calm way.

He really made me feel relaxed even though how nervous I was and scared about it.

I didn’t get his name unfortunately but he looked happy all the time so I’m sure he will be known and hopefully praised for his excellent customer service skills today.
