"Disappointing service"

About: Oakwood Lane Medical Practice

Not sure what’s going on at this surgery. Unable to get any appointments and unable to pass through the reception/ management. My wife had a foot infection and twice we were turned away by the reception. We ended up with pharmacists thrice, thrice with 111, once with a walk-in-centre. All we needed was one appointment with GP who would take the culture, detect the cause and prescribe the antibiotics. Getting this basic medical care was even impossible. This lack of care resulted in a four week nightmare as the infection spread all over the foot, she could not walk and had to use a stick for a while. Very disappointed.

The management of this surgery really need to sit down, and think about making things easy for patients.
