"7 hours waiting "

I am sorry about the long wait you experienced whilst in the Emergency Department and that you didn't perceive the interaction with the triage nurse to be a positive one as this is not the standard we aim to achieve. The department is seeing large numbers of patients at this time and unfortunately this means that on occasions the wait for patients to be seen can be many hours.
