I had a heart attack years ago and was told I had heart failure. Just before last Christmas I was taken into hospital due to heart problems. I was referred to your service and was more than pleased with the service I received. The set back - I had took some time to get over and I think I lost confidence. Melissa, the nurse sent to me, was not only able to reassure me that all was going ok but it was going to be a lot of time before I was used to some sort of normality. This reassurance was very welcome at the time and helped me regain confidence. Walking is something I enjoy and have now been able to resume this pleasure. I found the reassurance Melissa was able to give me was important to my recovery - I would say the help I received was invaluable.
