"Phone first experience"

About: Lagan Valley Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a service user),

I rang Lagan Valley phone first yesterday at 8:30am and gave my details to receptionist, and was put through to doctor in ED straight away. I was asked to attend at 11:30 and was seen very promptly, triaged and x-rayed, and treated, and was leaving the building by 12:15.

Such a brilliant, efficient and seamless experience as opposed to long, long waits which I had previously had in other Emergency Departments
