"The staff were so friendly and accommodating"

My grandmother recently went for a colonoscopy in Daisy Hill hospital endoscopy unit. 

My grandmother was extremely nervous prior to her procedure but thanks to the staff she felt her worries and fears were quickly put at ease. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to her especially as they were understaffed.
