"A pleasant experience"

I attended the ARI ambulatory clinic at A&E today for suspected blood clotting in my leg. I was made to feel really comfortable by the staff at the clinic. I was very well taken care of during my visit and was kept well informed of the process throughout. I was given a full examination and the outcome was that blood clots were not an issue for me……phew!

Previous visits to ARI have not been good experiences, but today was a pleasant experience and I thank all the staff involved for making my visit a comfortable one.
