"Minor surgery in the doctors surgery!"

Today I had my moles removed using the ,”shave technique”The doctor discussed the procedure in detail and warned me about scarring and infection.He applied a local anaesthetic,shaved off the moles and cauterized the wound.He was assisted by a nurse who put me at my ease and ensured I was comfortable.

I felt no pain,in fact I couldn’t feel anything.They put plasters on the wounds,gave me instructions on how to look care for them and the whole procedure only took about forty minutes.

I am delighted.Excellent service,especially as it was carried out in my local surgery and I didn’t have to go to a hospital!
