In March this year I went to Parkside Surgery in Boston for a consultation following a Carpal Tunnel diagnosis. I was told I would need surgery in my left hand but my right hand had mild symptoms that the surgeon could rectify immediately with a steroid injection.
Fast forward 4 months & I have numbness in my right hand. I lodged a complaint which I believe they attempted to brush under the carpet.
To date no apologies for the pain & discomfort in my right hand & no attempts to rectify the issue. The only attempt to do anything at their end was to try & cover up what happened, certainly as far as I can determine.
I am now at the bottom of a very long wait to have my right hand looked at but also the left hand that needs surgery.
I found this to be an appalling service
