"First class"

This is a review of my visit to the Endoscopy department (sorry, this was not in the list of options).

From the minute I arrived to the time I left the service was first class.

My appointment was at 08:45am and I was home within two hours with no waiting.

The team clearly explained everything to me and were very professional at all times.

The unit itself was very clean and very well organised with everybody working well as a team (from my perspective), I felt in safe hands.

I have had a colonoscopy with a private hospital and in my opinion this was a better experience.
