"We are getting top class care"

We were in accident and emergency for a good while but not complaining, as this is to be expected. Accident and emergency was very clean and all the covid rules were being followed by the staff.

The staff are nice there but can be sharp but it is just how busy they are. They do not have that much time for us but that is understandable.

Daisy ward has been very good, they are really up to date with the technology they use. The place is very clean and you see the cleaners about all the time.

The staff are really good here, they work as a team and I have to say we are getting top class care. They also keep me in the loop of what is happening and what they plan to do next. This is every parents dream as you know what is happening and it eases the stress as you know why it is happening.
