"Maternity and Labour Ward "

In June I was fortunate enough to deliver my baby in Cumberland Infirmary. I cannot fault the staff on these wards. The care we received was absolutely exemplary. I had a very traumatic birth and was perhaps not the easiest of patients at times...! The staff from the doctors and midwives, to the domestic staff however were so professional, caring and kind towards myself and my partner. I truly don't have the words to thank them and to explain fully just how impressed we were with their level of care. I also wouldn't be here without them, so I am externally grateful for that too.

I hope you see this because you are all amazing. Thank you to the team of midwives, HCAs, students, domestic staff and the doctors. Truly the best department in this hospital.
