"Fantastic staff"

I have been with this practice for years and I have recently had to contact the practice numerous times as my health has deteriorated.. the receptionist have been compassionate and helpful , going above and beyond .. , I’ve been in to see the ANP who is in my opinion terrific, such a friendly caring man, I’ve witnessed whilst in the waiting room patients using appalling language, shouting and abusing staff .. these girls work so hard and don’t deserve to be spoken to the way they do .. I just wish more people would give credit where credit is due as all too often you only read negatives …my review is positive and thank you to the elms for helping me and caring for me .
