"Poor appointment system with no support"

About: Highfields Surgery (R Wadhwa)

The surgery only offers a daily appointment system which is poor as patients have to call at 8am everyday. This system is flawed because it is a first come first serve basis which is not supportive for vulnerable patients like myself.

I also had a rude receptionist speak to me several times which did not help the situation. I would not recommend this surgery at all.

We do offer extra support for vulnearable patient so they can access to our appointment easier depending on their needs. Would you mind contacting the Surgery at 0116 254 3253 during the surgery's openning time and speak to the practice manager directly?
