"It was one of the most pleasant consultations I have ever had"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Surgical Skin Team

(as the patient),

Dermatology Consultant referred me for skin biopsy.  This was carried out by David and Kelsey and was one of the most pleasant consultations I have ever had.   Everything was explained to my daughter in law and me patiently and making sure I understood what was going to happen.  The biopsy was carried out painlessley.    David and Kelsey certainly have the manner to help patients not to get worried and feel at ease.  Even his jokes are not too bad.   This was carried out late July.

Thank you for your kind words. I have shared them with Kelsey and she was delighted to get positive feedback.

Saying my jokes are "not too bad" is controversial though, they are best described as not too good!

I hope you are healing well and didn't find it too uncomfortable afterwards.
