"Short stay medical unit"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Short Stay Medicine

(as a service user),

I was admitted to the short stay medical unit for 3 days.

For 2 days of that I had a heart monitor on. The machine would alarm fairly regularly night/day.

When the machine alarmed I had to notify nursing staff as no body came to check.

This gives me concerns as what if someone is not fit to notify staff?

Surely this is a safety concern?
