About: Specialist Therapy Services / Rushcliffe Heart Failure Team

(as a service user),

I was so pleased to receive help from the heart failure team. Melissa gave me confidence and reassurance throughout my care. I could talk to her an always received excellent advice, so it did help me through the difficult times when I was nervous and upset. 

I miss her now very much, Thank you for your guidance and support.
